the 70 Million Light walkers of the Rainbow Legion
The Rainbow Union, originating from ancient times and rooted in the Light Chain Plan, is a cross-dimensional existence. They work across different spaces and dimensions to collectively perfect the construction of the Pyramid.
From 2004 to 2022, over 18 years, Wayn, together with the Cosmic Symbiosis Union (the higher-dimensional Rainbow Union), completed the transformation of energy and establishment of the cross-dimensional Light Network Pyramid.
From 2023 to 2040, 70 million pioneers—spiritually awakened individuals aware of their mission, known as the Rainbow Legion (the three-dimensional Rainbow Union)—will lead the core implementation of the Light Chain Plan over 18 years.
They will become the builders of healthy new cities, integrating the Light Network into Earth, and mentors who guide humanity's ascension within the Light Network. Together, they will lead all of humanity and Earth in a shared journey of elevation.
This is a process of global integration led by the high-intelligence civilization of the cosmos, enabling Earth's civilization to ascend into a stellar-grade civilization.
